Wood cold press — the way it was meant to be

Our oils are extracted using a traditional wood cold press (ghani). Seeds are crushed slowly between wooden parts, keeping temperatures lower than high-speed industrial pressing. That gentler rhythm helps preserve natural flavour and the delicate nutrients that aggressive heat and solvents can strip away. What you get is an honest, kitchen-ready oil — not a highly refined, odourless commodity sold as generic cooking oil.

What you can expect from our process

  • Purity-first approach — single-origin style care, no hidden blends in our wood-pressed line.
  • Hand-picked and sorted seeds, prioritising quality over bulk volume.
  • Naturally retains more of the seed’s character — vitamins, antioxidants, and healthy fats where the seed allows (e.g. vitamin E in sunflower, sesame’s natural profile).
  • Non-refined: no chemical deodorising or aggressive bleaching to strip colour and aroma.
  • No artificial preservatives — store in a cool, dark place and use within the period we recommend once opened.
  • Small-batch discipline — pressed and packed with attention, not rushed through industrial lines.
